HYPNOSIS
THE STRENGTH OF THE UNCONSCIOUS
What is hypnosis actually? Hypnosis is a voluntarily precipitated condition of trance in which the unconscious is directly addressed. Our unconscious can be seen as hidden chamber in the brain that controls our dreams and wishes, our behaviour, but also our fears. Hypnosis uses the ability of the unconscious to realise doings and patterns in us, which we would not have noticed in a waking state. It can restructure or reprogram habitual patterns. However, this does only work if one truly wants it to – the incentive has to come from you
A JOURNEY THROUGH THE MIND
Hypnosis should not be confused with sleep. Although it is possible that a client falls asleep if he/she feels comfortable, this is not called hypnosis but regular physical sleep. Hypnotic sleep is a waking state in which the hypnotised person is in differently deep conditions of trance, but is still able to notice what happens around him/her. It is always the client who puts him/herself into hypnosis, the hypnotist only functions as a guide, who leads the clients through the hypnosis session safely and focused.
LET US INVOKE CHANGE!
Trust is the winning formula for a successful hypnosis. Therefore, all those interested get the chance of a preliminary talk free of charge, in which all open questions can be answered. I clarify what hypnosis is and show you what your own power of imagination can do with the help of small tasks,. When the client and the hypnotist have reached an understanding of the client’s wishes and goals, the actual hypnosis can start. Depending on the goal, it usually takes two to three sessions to ensure the desired result permanently.
